Michael Weinstock was a volunteer firefighter and Emergency Medical Technican for many years. He was recognized by the President of the United States as well as the Prime Minister of New Zealand for his extraordinary conduct as a rescue worker at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. He is also a committee person with the democratic party of Nassau County and a long time volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of New York.
